MEASUREMENT: The fabric width is 1” narrower than the total roller width due to brackets at both ends. For an inside mount, the window frame should have at least 2” of depth; our window roller shade will have a tiny light gap on each side. To avoid this light gap, consider an outside mount. For an outside mount, the shade should be 4” to 6” wider than the window frame, and the shade length should be at least 2” longer than the window length for better coverage.
